At Cici By Cici, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack the fashion pieces in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
